Shipping policy

Because each piece at Porch Modern is one-of-a-kind, shipping is not calculated at checkout and must be arranged after purchase.

Shipping is always at the buyer’s expense and must be coordinated separately after the order is placed. We’re happy to connect you with a trusted third-party courier or work with a shipper of your choosing.
Free local delivery is available within 10km of our Toronto location (950 Dupont Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M6H 1Z2). If you’re eligible, we’ll confirm once your order is placed.
For deliveries beyond 10km or outside the GTA, please contact info@porchmodern.com to discuss next steps.

Pickup is available from our location during business hours. We have a loading dock on-site to make things easier.
We do not provide packing materials, so please come prepared with blankets, straps, or cardboard to protect and secure your item.
Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If you need more time, reach out before purchasing to discuss storage options.
