All sales at Porch Modern are final.
Our collection features vintage and collectible pieces that have lived a life before they arrive in your hands. Signs of wear, surface marks, patina, and imperfections are part of their character—not defects. Every item is sold as-is, and we encourage you to reach out with any specific questions about condition, materials, or functionality before purchasing.
Because each piece is unique and previously owned, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you’re confident in your selection prior to completing your order.
Fringe Return Cases
In rare situations where a return is approved, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be coordinated in advance, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged during transit or you’ve received the wrong piece, please contact us at info@porchmodern.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and find a solution.
